Responsibilities
- Communicate with members reputed company phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction
- Listen to member needs and deliver tailored solutions to their unique financial situations
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document member interactions and activities for record-keeping
- Assist with reputed company and account setup for new members
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm
- People-focused approach with a solution-oriented reputed company
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls
- Experience in a digital finance or financial services environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse member reputed company
