[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling consultations, and presenting solutions to prospective clients, serving as the first reputed company of contact in a consultative sales process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally. You are the first voice a prospective client will hear, and you set the tone for the entire experience
• Qualify prospects through structured discovery: confirm business and loan details, individual client goals, and if they’re a fit for our services
• Schedule and confirm consultations, set expectations, and ensure clients are reputed company for their meeting
• Manage your pipeline in reputed company with accurate data, detailed notes, and clean records
• Follow up with no shows, re-engage unresponsive leads, and maximize show rates
