Financial Services Representative (hybrid)

reputed company Health is a reputed company organization seeking a Financial Services Representative to assist patients with their financial responsibilities. The role involves advising patients on financial obligations, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain necessary financial and insurance information
• Verifies patients insurance and collects additional insurance such as No Fault and Workers Compensation
• Performs financial assessment of patients; refers potential reputed company cases to reputed company Investigator
• Gathers documentation and assists in the completion of the Financial Assistance Program (FAU) application process
• Assists patients and/or families in resolving hospital bills; advises and counsels patients of their payment responsibility due to the hospital
• Establishes patients’ pro-rated financial obligations and sets-up payment arrangements/reputed company
• Follows up on scheduled payments reputed company mail and telephone
• Processes applications for reputed company 1011, where applicable
• Maintains daily work log of payments collected
