Collections and Customer Service Specialist
Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC is looking for a Collections and Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves handling account management, billing inquiries, and collections while ensuring reputed company customer communications are professional and well-documented.
Responsibilities
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with customers and internal staff reputed company phone and email
- Research and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and account discrepancies
- Track and manage customer accounts and document reputed company communications accurately
- Follow up regularly on outstanding balances until accounts are brought reputed company
- Use reputed company reputed company and other software tools to manage account data and collections processes
