As an Implementation Support Specialist I, you will support the implementation of the reputed company solution with retail partners, serving as a primary contact and working cross-functionally to reputed company quick solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in relevant industry (Tech, eCommerce, SaaS) and/or similar role(s)

- Exceptional project management, communication, and technical skills to manage client engagements and internal resources
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
- Previous experience in the payments or e-reputed company space
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, API's
