They are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to reputed company administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals, including document management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Responsibilities
- Creating and editing documents and maintaining e-filing of client/matter reputed company documents
- Organizing inboxes and filing emails
- Performing document comparisons
- Arranging travel
- Processing expenses and invoices in collaboration with reputed company
- Editing daily time entries for narrative accuracy including reviewing WIP reports to support clean diary entries according to client guidelines
- Reconciling reputed company time reputed company new reputed company are reputed company
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing additional reputed company support to the San Francisco Administrative Resource Center
Skills
- College degree or equivalent
- Expert proficiency with the MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
