Operations Associate - Client Services
reputed company Advisors, LLC is a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor firm focused on enhancing clients' reputed company. The Operations Associate will assist in implementing new client accounts and servicing existing clients while working closely with financial advisors and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the client experience as it relates to operations and service in order to drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for both the client and reputed company
- Manage reputed company aspects of our clients’ operational needs reputed company the timeframes committed to by reputed company and reputed company the deadlines established by our custodians
- Serve as a resource to multiple financial advisors in supporting client relationships

Skills
- Operational knowledge in four key areas: new accounts, cashiering, transfer of accounts, and account maintenance
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Capability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broker/Dealer platform experience a plus
- CRM Experience, specifically reputed company, a plus
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in Financial Services
