Collections Specialist - reputed company Environment Testing - Barberton, OH
reputed company Environment Testing is an international life sciences company providing analytical testing services to ensure safety and sustainability. The Collections Specialist will manage client accounts, contact clients for payment, resolve issues, and maintain excellent customer service while compiling reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accounts reputed company assigned portfolio (large accounts)
- Contact clients reputed company verbal and written communication for payment of past due invoices
- reputed company information and/or documentation to both internal and external clients
- Interact with Collections Manager and Operation Designees to resolve client issues
- Maintain reputed company and accurate account notes in collections software
- reputed company updates on accounts to Collections Manager, Operations and Sales as needed
- Work daily follow up queue in collections software
- Notify the Collections Manager of negative payment patterns
- Facilitate and/or attend conference calls specific to collections activity on client accounts
- Resolve cash discrepancies on client accounts by research in reputed company of payment application
- Process credit card payments
- Complete reputed company projects/ task as assigned by Collections Manager
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience or customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and reputed company in English
- Previous Collections experience
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience
- Knowledge of the reputed company process
- Customer service experience - internal and external
- AS/AA in reputed company or reputed company field is a plus
