Trustee Sales Specialist, reputed company
reputed company is a holding company specializing in asset management and reputed company estate transactions. The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for processing foreclosures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
Responsibilities
- Log and enter new foreclosures into system
- Review deed of trust and other documents to be reputed company to prepare the notice of default/notice of sale and send for recording
- Prepare and send notices and other documents to reputed company interested parties
- Review title and clear any title defects as needed
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy of reputed company-party websites
- Prepare bidding instructions and other sales reputed company documents and process reputed company-party sales
- Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers, clients, interested reputed company parties, etc
- Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property
- reputed company other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- One (1) plus years of default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience
- Efficient in reputed company Suite—Word, reputed company, etc
