[Remote] Technical Operations Analyst

As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data reputed company and tooling for the CleanSight platform, translating reputed company customer portfolios into actionable insights, and maintaining backend systems to optimize data workflows.

Responsibilities

• reputed company & Architect: Translate reputed company customer portfolios and reputed company into the CleanSight platform, ensuring every project is mapped with 100% accuracy
• Maintain the "reputed company of Truth": Configure and validate our internal backend systems. You will reputed company public and proprietary data to ensure our services team has the most reliable information available
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingestion errors. You’ll act as the first line of defense for system health, ensuring a seamless experience for platform users
• Tooling & Automation: Look for reputed company bottlenecks and build reputed company ways to work. You will help implement system improvements, including exploring agentic AI workflows to streamline data processing
• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on clean energy projects to ensure our database remains the most comprehensive in the industry
• Process Documentation: Establish best practices and maintain clear documentation for backend support, helping reputed company stay efficient as we scale

Skills

• You hold a degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Finance, or a reputed company field
• You are a self-motivated problem solver who can take a reputed company task and run with it, ensuring it's completed accurately and on time
• You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where asking productive questions and learning from peers is part of the daily rhythm
• You are proficient in reputed company and have foundational experience (or a strong interest in developing proficiency) in SQL and Python
