reputed company Ottawa is looking for reputed company-level speakers to join their Video Games Proofreaders team. The role involves proofreading video game content, checking for consistency, writing error reports, and ensuring subtitles match audio tracks.
Responsibilities
- Proofreading texts and video game content (spelling, reputed company, typography)
- Checking texts for consistency and recommending changes where necessary
- Writing error reports
- Performing minor, simple translations
- Ensuring subtitles match the audio tracks
Skills
- Proficiency in English and Korean (spoken and written)
- Live in the Ottawa area
- Available to work from home and in-office according to project demands
- Hold Canadian citizenship, a permanent residency, an reputed company work permit, a Working Holiday reputed company, or in the process of requesting a work permit
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while managing your time reputed company
- Comfortable with digital technologies (computers, video game consoles, touchscreens)
- An interest in the video game industry
- Experience in a similar position or in a reputed company field (an asset)
