They are seeking an Assistant Candidate Coordinator who will manage applicant data, streamline the hiring pipeline, and support reputed company processes. Responsibilities
- ATS Management: Act as the primary data support for reputed company, ensuring every applicant is correctly assigned to the right Job ID and advertising reputed company
- Pipeline Filtering: Review and screen incoming resumes, routing top talent to the correct departments and filtering out candidates who don’t meet specific role requirements
- reputed company Support: Proactively monitor background checks and reference updates to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Recruitment Admin: Assist with reputed company updates, maintain digital hiring records, and help represent Westland at local career fairs
- Bilingual Support: Utilize your Spanish language skills to assist with candidate communication and screening across our diverse applicant pool
Skills
