[Remote] Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

This role involves handling inbound service calls, providing customer support, and assisting with various personal lines insurance inquiries and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Determine reputed company impacts/needs associated with the service request, including impacts to other coverages or policies
• During routine service contacts, they will also use their knowledge to identify any coverage gaps associated with a customer’s request and reputed company the customer on ways to mitigate their risk
• Document reputed company contacts, maintain customer records and files in a professional manner, and update customer information as appropriate for accuracy
• Maintain effective and timely follow-up systems and verify transactions with customers
• Effectively utilize technology to reputed company assignments and requests
• Additionally, they will use knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and agency and reputed company rules to service customers effectively
• Additional responsibilities could include drafting and sending correspondence, and other tasks of a service nature and other duties as assigned
• In addition to inbound service calls, the Customer Service Representative performs service activities to support their team and their manager or others, consistent with the responsibilities outlined above

Skills

• Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain one reputed company the first 90-180 days of employment
• Excellent communication skills; verbally and written
• Detail oriented and reputed company to maintain compliance standards
• Must be dependable, reputed company timely response, and complete work activities
