Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent to join our US remote team. As a key reputed company of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our properties and services in a timely and friendly manner. Your primary goal will be to enhance our guests' overall satisfaction and promote our brand through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer / Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming guest inquiries reputed company live chat and providing reputed company, accurate responses
  • Assisting guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-reputed company questions
  • Resolving client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to reputed company informed assistance
