As an Ocean Product Development Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of our ocean volumes and enhancing the development of our ocean product. You'll work closely with our MD of Ocean to reputed company and implement strategies that drive business growth, maximize competitiveness, and enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:

* Support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product

• Collaborate with the MD of Ocean to reputed company and implement strategies that drive business growth, maximize competitiveness, and enhance service quality
• Analyze reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and support reputed company service issues
• Communicate strategies and market conditions to reputed company stakeholders
• Work closely with the MD, Ocean, along with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
• Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are being met or exceeded
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity
• Submit reports as required
• Manage annual budget and control, monitor, and report results on a regular reputed company to reputed company budget targets
• Work closely with marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience
• Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
• Familiarity with reputed company Office apps
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
