What You'll Be Doing

As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
  • Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
  • Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
  • Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to reputed company customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment

  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
