Position Overview
As our Director of Customer Retention, you'll play a critical role in developing, executing, and managing strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with our marketing team, as well as product, tech, finance, health, and data teams, to optimize retention programs and enhance the customer experience. Your expertise will help us increase customer lifetime value (CLV), reduce churn, and foster long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Retention Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy that converts first-time buyers to long-term customers. reputed company data-driven initiatives to improve customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase repeat purchases.

Key Qualifications

Strong understanding
