Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customers receive the support they need to restore their vehicles
• Working reputed company our computer system to reputed company and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and resolve customer concerns

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or in our office in Pottstown, PA.
