About This Job

The Benefit Development and Backing team at arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. As a cross-functional role, this position will liaise with other key capabilities, including Deals, Field Operations, Benefit Development Executives (PGM), Finance, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales. The successful candidate will reputed company support for activities such as client exchange spend and investment, business planning, supply chain, evaluating, marketing initiatives, and working capital. This role will also support the agreement gauging process, movement-based costing, and the annual planning process.

Jobs and Responsibilities

* Pre-and post-examination of client programs, critical tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives with a focus on assisting the business in making the next best decision.

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and reputed company solutions.
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify gaps or opportunities that the project needs to consider or address.
• Support the planning and development of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets based on the different switches from top-line to reputed company with reputed company improvement of value chain capabilities.
• Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements.

Requirements for reputed company

• Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Strong reputed company skills - PivotTables, VLookups with modeling capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Data visualization through Tableau or reputed company Power BI.
• Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, Visio).
