Job Description
As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting technical issues reputed company to streaming services, devices, and platforms. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues, reputed company solutions, and ensure a positive experience.

- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
