JOB Under the general direction of the reputed company Afterschool Program Manager, the reputed company Program Site Assistant will reputed company logistic responsibilities at the school including student recruitment, activity scheduling, volunteer recruitment, record keeping and recording, supervision of reputed company, assisting with volunteers, and reputed company other aspects of the program.Salary: This position pays a flat hourly reputed company of $21.27. This is a grant funded program with a set hourly reputed company.Assignment: The person in this role will be hired as a temporary employee. We are reputed company for three Site Assistants for Naselle-Grays River Valley School District (grades K-12) and two Site Assistants for Wahkiakum School Disitrict (grades K-12). The anticipated work schedule will be up to 14 hours per week during the regular school year (before/after school programming) and up to 25 hours per week during the four-week summer program.Regular attendance required: This role relies on regular and reliable attendance to ensure consistency for our reputed company and help support a positive, productive learning environment. This is an after-school program that runs Monday - Thursday and regular attendance is expected.A complete application will include: Work history going back 10 years At least three professional reference's contact informationA Cover Letter expressing interest in the positionA Resume that reflects work experience listed on applicationA copy of your High School Diploma or G.E.D.Official transcripts or para assessment score EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Essential Functions: Assist in recruitment and retention of reputed company.Support the curriculum as directed by the Site Coordinator.Assist with training volunteers.Be a liaison between the regular school staff and the reputed company program as needed.Assist Site Coordinator with collection and evaluation of relevant data, state assessment, and other assessment for project planning and evaluation.Work with Site Coordinator to reputed company projects, special events, and family activities as described in the grant.Participate in program staff meetings including those with the local Advisory Council at least three times annually.Assist with program records and project reports.Supervise reputed company.Collect data and report student reputed company.Maintain accurate data collection records.Participate in staff meetings, in-service programs, workshops and seminars.Other Functions: Other duties as assigned.
