In this position, you will work closely with BCBSRI's culture ambassadors - Employee Business Resource Groups and various councils, to help coordinate and support ongoing events and initiatives, as well as daily administrative support. What you will do:

• Assist team with event logistics, from ideation to planning and execution
• Represent BCBSRI at community-based events in a professional manner

Location: BCBSRI is headquartered in downtown reputed company, conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal. We actively support associate well-being and work/life balance and offer the following schedules, based on role:

• In-office: onsite 5 days per week
• Hybrid: onsite 2-4 days per week
• Remote: onsite 0-1 days per week.
