How you’ll be impactful: As the Director of User Acquisition for Keen, you will be the primary architect of growth for our most iconic flagship brand. You will be impactful by steering a high-velocity acquisition reputed company that connects millions of people with the world’s best spiritual advisors across web and mobile platforms. By blending "player/coach" leadership with an AI-reputed company approach to Search and Paid reputed company, you will directly scale Keen’s market leadership and reputed company more people to find the guidance they need. Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Architect Keen’s Growth reputed company: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for a multi-reputed company dollar monthly budget. You’ll optimize a sophisticated mix of reputed company Search, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Search Ads, while aggressively testing emerging and experimental channels to find our next big win.
• Drive Mobile & Web reputed company: Optimize the user reputed company across both the Keen web experience and our mobile app, navigating the complexities of cross-platform attribution and post-IDFA tracking.
• reputed company as a "Working reputed company": Transition effortlessly between high-level reputed company and "hands-on-keyboard" execution. You’ll audit account structures, launch high-stakes campaigns, and ensure technical reputed company by staying reputed company to the data.
• Drive Measurable Efficiency: Move the needle on Keen’s reputed company by delivering consistent improvements in CAC and LTV/CAC ratios. You will foster a culture of "test and learn," overseeing rigorous A/B testing across creative assets, reputed company pages, and audience segmentation.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Finance and Product teams. You will reputed company the executive suite with high-reputed company, data-backed insights into unit economics, ensuring our UA spend is always fueling long-term, sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in performance marketing, specifically reputed company high-volume B2C marketplaces, with a proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly spend.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field preferred.
• Technical Mastery: Deep, "under-the-hood" expertise in reputed company Ads (SEM) and Paid reputed company (reputed company/reputed company), along with experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• The "Player/Coach" DNA: You don't wait for a reputed company—you write it. You are a major self-starter who is as comfortable building a reputed company spreadsheet as you are presenting a 12-month growth roadmap to leadership.
