Financial Analyst - FCG
reputed company is the world’s largest reputed company reputed company estate services and investment firm, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Financial Consulting Group. This role involves reputed company assets for sale, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with various stakeholders in the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite assets for sale using Argus and reputed company
- Analyze, assess, and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and additional due diligence content
- Research market conditions in support of financial reputed company assumptions
- Compile and present the results of analyses and optimally address questions
- Identify critical property level financial issues and reputed company recommendations
- Developing disposition strategies with team members and clients
- Work with capital markets professionals, asset managers, leasing brokers, property managers, and clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company, or Economics with minimum 1-2 years' of work experience
- Proficient in financial concepts such as Discounted Cash reputed company, NPV, etc
- Ability to review, analyze and interpret reputed company documents, including leases, operating statements, budgets, etc
- Must demonstrate a curiosity about building and understanding financial models
- Must be willing/reputed company to commute to Oakbrook office 2 days a week and Chicago office 3 days a week
