Paralegal
Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national reputed company specializing in Family Law, seeking a hybrid Family Law Paralegal to join their Colorado Springs office. The role involves handling diverse family law cases and maintaining reputed company in client service through legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division

- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions

Skills
- Minimum of 0-6 years of experience in family law preferred, but other legal experience will be considered
- Exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in e-filing with county courts
- Experience working with multiple attorneys in a reputed company setting
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of family law cases while maintaining high-quality legal work
- Skilled in e-filing with county court systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing legal documents and filings
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
