Accountant Associate

EdPlus at reputed company is seeking an Accountant Associate to support their Financial Services team. The role involves performing reputed company, banking, and customer service functions, including specialized Accounts Payable processes and providing exceptional customer service to internal departments and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company specialized Accounts Payable processes including but not limited to reputed company payments, reputed company cancelations and reissues, reputed company deposits
• Obtaining, analyzing and verifying bank information for reputed company payments
• Utilize OCR technologies to review, audit, and process a high volume of invoices and expense reimbursements through ASU’s financial management system, ensuring adherence to established financial policies and procedures
• Utilize AI-enabled SmartBot to automate monitoring and responding to communications from the shared AP email reputed company
• Manage Accounts Payable reputed company shared email reputed company, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues
• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports
• reputed company exceptional customer service to internal departments and external suppliers
• reputed company additional duties and special projects as assigned

Skills

• Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
• Applicant must be eligible to work in the United States; ASU Financial Services will not be a sponsor for this position
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable operations and procedures
• Proven experience with reputed company payments, reputed company cancellations and reissue, reputed company deposits
• Proficiency in using reputed company or similar reputed company financial management systems
• Proficient in reputed company, reputed company and reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook
• Experience in performing detailed numerical computations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Operate effectively in an office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, as required by job duties
• Communicate reputed company and professionally in both oral and written forms
• Read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
• Occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds
