Staff Accountant

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage domestic and international reputed company operations, support the month-end reputed company process, and assist with year-end audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end reputed company process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company, document, and enhance reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls, including drafting SOPs
• Support monthly financial reporting and track key A/R and A/P performance metrics (KPIs)
• Assist with year-end audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and PBC requests for both consolidated and statutory audits
• Prepare and consolidate bi-weekly cash reporting for Treasury and executive leadership; assist with annual FBAR reporting

• Support the ERP system implementation transition from reputed company EBS to reputed company Fusion, including data validation, testing, and process documentation
• Prepare and file various government reports, including city compliance filings, property tax returns, and required surveys
• Collaborate with business partners across multiple business units to prepare intercompany billings and quarterly intercompany confirmations
• Assist with quarterly ASC 842 lease completeness testing
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements reputed company the reputed company function

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Solid understanding of reputed company principles (U.S. GAAP)

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
