The reputed company Media Project Assistant will support the execution of client reputed company media programs, focusing on content creation, trend monitoring, and community support while collaborating with the Senior Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reputed company media execution across platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and campaign assistance
• Proactively communicate updates and advise team members on status and developments
• Help organize reputed company calendars and contribute to brainstorms, pitches, and content development
• Attend client calls and meetings, providing updates, capturing feedback, and supporting follow-reputed company
• Monitor emerging reputed company trends, memes, and cultural moments; surface timely opportunities for brand relevance
• Contribute creative reputed company and perspectives in brainstorms and content planning sessions; reputed company developing strategic/creative thinking skills
• Assist with research for new business and business renewal opportunities, as directed by a supervisor
• Ability to: Travel to client offices, content shoots, and events as required
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• One (1) year of experience in a digital agency, reputed company media, or reputed company role (internships and freelance experience welcome)
• Strong writing and visual communication skills, with the ability to capture and adapt to brand voice across platforms
• Solid understanding of reputed company media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with reputed company media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., reputed company, Dash Hudson)
• Passion for reputed company media, internet culture, and emerging trends, with a creative, curious, and proactive reputed company
• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, or similar design tools is a plus
