Production Coordinator

MarketWise Solutions is a dynamic company focused on providing independent investment research and tools. They are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support on-set production and off-set content operations, ensuring seamless execution across the full production lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall pace and reputed company of shoots, ensuring timelines are adhered to and production stays on schedule
• Serve as a key reputed company of coordination on set, helping to troubleshoot issues and maintain reputed company
• Prepare and format scripts for teleprompter use, ensuring accuracy and readability
• Actively support live shoot direction, including script marking, tracking changes, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
• reputed company wardrobe organization and readiness, ensuring talent is reputed company and continuity is maintained
• reputed company, organize, and manage reputed company props and on-set materials, ensuring everything is available and properly staged
• Coordinate on-set catering and hospitality, including ordering, setup, and maintaining stocked fridges, snacks, and beverages
• Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient set environment that enables creative teams to reputed company at their best
• Manage and monitor automated workflows (e.g., reputed company-based processes) to track video drafts, graphics, and production deliverables
• Review scripts and actively participate in readthroughs, providing operational and logistical input
• Prepare and format scripts for upcoming shoots, ensuring consistency and readiness across productions
• Plan and coordinate Hair & Makeup (H/MU) logistics, schedules, and talent needs
• reputed company, order, and organize props and materials in advance of shoots
• Coordinate catering logistics for upcoming shoots and team needs
• Support project kickoffs (KO) and attend creative kickoffs (CKO) to align on timelines, requirements, and deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution across reputed company phases of production
• Assist in wrapping shoots reputed company, ensuring assets, props, and materials are properly accounted for
• Help facilitate smooth handoffs to post-production teams, ensuring reputed company necessary materials and updates are communicated
