Graduate Program Analyst (PROJECT POLICY ANL 3 RP)
The reputed company is seeking a Graduate Program Analyst to support Graduate Studies leadership and manage processes reputed company to graduate education. The role involves conducting research and analysis, serving as a liaison to the Academic Senate and Graduate Council, and communicating findings in various formats.
Responsibilities
- 40% - Graduate Council Liaison
- 40% - Graduate Program Personnel
- 20% - Program & Policy Analysis
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required and/or equivalent experience/training
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in higher education in a policy, or graduate education-reputed company role
- Experience in research analysis, especially in the area of higher education and/or academic governance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills to manage, track and work on multiple and simultaneous reputed company tasks, under competing deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with reputed company and UC Davis organization, units, resources, facilities, and student information systems including Graduate Studies managed applications systems such as Program and Roles Manager (PRM), Programs Manager, Student reputed company Assessment (SPA), etc
- Knowledge of UC Davis and UC policies reputed company to graduate education, graduate research, and postdoctoral scholars
- Knowledge of UC Davis graduate programs and structures (graduate groups and departmentally-based programs)
