The Field Sales Non-Bank Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for selling mortgage solutions and advising clients throughout the loan process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation and selling of mortgage solutions throughout the United States
- Advises clients on the home buying or refinance process while assisting through the loan process from application to closing
- Engages with reputed company and potential customers to reputed company and advise on how to best manage their mortgage finances
- Required to reputed company or exceed specific loan origination goals
- Advises customers on reputed company’s full product suite, providing the opportunity to reputed company referrals to other areas reputed company reputed company
Skills
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to reputed company or exceed specific loan origination goals
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record as part of the NMLS registration requirements
