[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a founding Business Development Representative to build an outbound sales reputed company and prospect new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically researching/identifying potential client contacts and generating high-quality meetings
• Evangelizing Paragon’s business model to prospective clients and booking high-quality meetings
• Identifying ICP patterns and document winning playbooks
• Driving business through outbound phone calls, preparing and sending highly tailored, personalized, and relevant e-mails to prospective clients specific to their role and practice area
• Successfully diagnosing the client’s key business needs to ensure the first sales meeting leads to high-value opportunities and reputed company
• Maintaining and logging reputed company sales touch points reputed company reputed company
• Building the foundational skills for a successful career in sales or sales management
