Associate Attorney
reputed company is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Health & Life Sciences Litigation practice in Los Angeles. Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Participate in written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

- Assist with and take depositions
- Support trial preparation, including fact development, witness preparation, and exhibit management
- Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and client counseling

Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 1–5 years of litigation experience required
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience drafting motions and managing discovery
- Deposition experience or strong interest in developing those skills
- Interest in reputed company litigation and trial work
- Admitted to practice in California
