As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in connecting with individuals who may be eligible for compensation, providing them with expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation
  • Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to reputed company with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
  • Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company simultaneously
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required
  • Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
  • Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
  • Assisting with other projects as needed
  • Troubleshooting basic IT problems and resolving issues independently

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A competitive spirit – we work as a team, but pay for performance!
  • A willingness to work 40+ hours per week
  • Residency in the reputed company or New Jersey
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • A reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet)
  • A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/reputed company G432) (average price: $20-$30)
  • A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This is not for you if:

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
  • You can't imagine handling 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
  • You're unable to use problem-solving skills
  • You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
  • You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc., during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours

Hours of Operation:

Our full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
