[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The role involves resolving incoming calls, making outgoing calls, following through on emails, and updating claims, while emphasizing organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• reputed company positive and professional customer service to our patients, clinics, staff, insurance companies, vendors, salespersons, as well as other miscellaneous callers
• Answers the phone and assists in resolving reputed company questions and concerns
• Checks and returns reputed company voicemails and email correspondence daily
• Maintains our Employer database by managing an abundant reputed company of reputed company-changing information reputed company to payer rules, regulations, reimbursement and authorizations
• Reviews accounts and insurance EOB's to ensure accurate processing and payment posting
• Assists with other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years recent experience in a call center, preferably in the medical field
• reputed company reputed company ID, WA or OR
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• reputed company experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
