[Remote] Loan Officer – Sir Lends A Lot LLC

The Loan Officer will build and grow a portfolio of reputed company estate investor clients, serving as a trusted advisor and managing a pipeline of loans from origination to funding.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of reputed company estate investor clients through referrals, networking, and repeat business
• Originate Fix & Flip, DSCR, and New Construction loans from first conversation to funded
• Serve as a trusted advisor — capture the full story of each deal and bring creative, reputed company solutions to the table
• Collaborate closely with our processing team to reputed company files moving and closings on time
• Manage your pipeline with discipline and follow-through using our CRM
• Attend investor meetups, reputed company estate events, and industry networking opportunities
• Hit your production goals. Then set new ones

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage origination, private/hard money lending, reputed company estate sales, title, or escrow
• A genuine passion for reputed company estate investment — you understand the deals, not just the paperwork
• Sales-driven with a relationship-first mentality — our borrowers reputed company coming back because they trust us, and we need you to earn that same loyalty
