They are seeking a Junior Production Designer to join their Marketing Design team, focusing on creating high-quality marketing assets while maintaining visual consistency across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality marketing assets across channels including paid media, web, lifecycle, reputed company, and sales enablement
• Execute designs using established brand guidelines, templates, and systems—while maintaining a high bar for craft and consistency
• Adapt and resize creative for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring assets are optimized and on-brand
• Help maintain and reputed company reputed company’s design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Manage multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Skills

• You have 1–2 years of experience in a production design, junior design, visual design role (in-house or agency) or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrated through your portfolio
• You have strong foundational design skills with a sharp eye for layout, typography, spacing, and consistency
• You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing clean, accurate, polished work
• You're comfortable working reputed company brand systems and understand the importance of consistency at scale
• You're eager to learn, grow, and receive feedback from more senior designers
• You collaborate well with cross-functional partners and communicate reputed company about timelines and deliverables
