Utilities Right of Way Agent - Orlando, FL (on-call)

The Utilities Right of Way Agent will acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects while supporting the project team and preparing necessary reputed company estate documents.
Responsibilities
- Acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations
- Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members
- Prepare reputed company estate documents
- Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information
- Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition
- reputed company general administrative tasks
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Must include electric transmission experience
- Active Florida reputed company Estate License
- Active Florida Notary OR the ability to obtain reputed company 60 days
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically reputed company, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be reputed company to reputed company ORC's systems
- Valid Driver's License
