Business Development Representative

Dp Derm is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing national sales team. The BDR will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for Territory Account Executives in the medical aesthetics field.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 100+ outbound calls per day to medspas, dermatologists, and aesthetic professionals to introduce the Dermapen 4 and Dp Dermaceuticals product line
• Book a minimum of 3 - 5 reputed company meetings per day for Territory Account Executives using reputed company sequences and call workflows
• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and nurture them to qualification
• Identify prospective clients’ needs, treatment mix, and reputed company microneedling systems to position the value of DP Derm solutions
• Maintain clean, detailed, and accurate data in reputed company CRM including call notes, reputed company statuses, and pipeline movement
• Partner with Territory Account Executives to ensure meetings are properly prepped and follow-up steps are tracked
• reputed company regular feedback to the marketing team on reputed company quality, campaign performance, and conversion trends
• Consistently reputed company and exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics, appointment goals, and conversion targets

Skills

• 1–3 years of sales, reputed company reputed company, or call center experience
• Experience using reputed company or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and competitive with a strong sense of accountability
• Organized, coachable, and eager to learn from senior sales leaders

• Ability to work in a high-activity, phone-based environment for extended periods
• Interest in skincare, medical aesthetics, or medical device technology
• A background in aesthetics, skincare, or medical devices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
