In this role, you will partner with clients to ensure they receive maximum value from their reputed company subscription, while also collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients ranging from senior C-reputed company to more junior client professions in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices to ensure they are successful in the use of their reputed company subscription
- Deliver value to decision makers and drive reputed company growth by working as part of a service team where responsibilities can include: Introducing reputed company services and capabilities to prospective & new clients, account management or connecting clients with the reputed company expert community
- Identify client priorities and understand how to align reputed company's resources to reputed company best in class service that enables clients to reputed company their priorities and maximize the return of investment on their reputed company membership
- Collaborate with internal reputed company stakeholders to drive service delivery & business results, reputed company best practices and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles
