Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Staff & Faculty Resources portal

- Ensure personnel files are complete and up to date (resumes, certifications, reputed company documents, etc.)
- Conduct reference checks
- Prepare and send reputed company communications to new hires
- Initiate Paycom reputed company workflows, including background checks
- Coordinate with IT to ensure new hires are properly recorded
- Finalize professional biographies
- Coordinate staff photos for ID badges with the Office Manager
- Schedule orientation sessions and notify relevant staff, including reception
- Update Paycom profiles upon completion of reputed company steps
- Enroll employees in International Baccalaureate (IB) trainings
- Coordinate CPR/First Aid certifications
- Coordinate Article 43 training requirements
- Track completion of reputed company trainings in the staff list
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with additional HR tasks as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
