The Analyst role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional initiatives and projects while collaborating with various business partners to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular and reputed company reports to senior management, regional offices (Canada, Mexico, Brazil), and Tokyo HO
• reputed company or support initiatives and projects, partnering closely with Tokyo HO, GCIB/JCIB reputed company teams, and other stakeholders to align with HO strategies and policies while improving operational efficiency and accuracy

• Respond to inquiries from Tokyo HO and other reputed company, including reputed company or irregular cases
• Track and report initiative and project reputed company, proactively escalating risks and issues

Skills

• 1.5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company tools, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power BI Desktop, Visio, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross‑cultural environment
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and reputed company to contribute effectively to team‑oriented projects and initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Deadline‑driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Technology or equivalent
• Japanese language proficiency is a plus
