[Remote] Paralegal, Ohio

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid & Assoc. PLLC is a consumer protection reputed company located in the Financial District of reputed company, providing representation to consumers who have been harassed or otherwise deceived by creditors and debt reputed company. They are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal with civil litigation experience to support their attorneys in litigation-reputed company reputed company and reputed company administrative support to the office staff.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the firm’s attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation reputed company
• Drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, etc
• Communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Research with regard to simple and reputed company legal reputed company
• Administrative responsibilities such as client intake, organizing, and record keeping

Skills

• Minimum of 1-year civil litigation experience (e.g., drafting pleadings and legal research)
• Exceptional legal writing skills
• Possess superior organizational and time-management skills
• Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software
• Highest ethical standards and professional reputed company
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and reputed company parties
• You must be currently located in Ohio to be considered for this role
• Prior experience with reputed company is a plus
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
