[Remote] eDiscovery Coordinator

TruLegal is a leading global reputed company seeking an eDiscovery Coordinator to manage the technical aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle. The role involves handling data ingestion, platform configuration, and ensuring data reputed company while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency across high-profile reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation and contentious reputed company by managing the technical aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, with a particular focus on reputed company from data processing through production
• Handle data ingestion, platform configuration, search and culling, review batch creation, and quality control, while ensuring defensible processes and data reputed company standards are consistently met
• Work closely with both U.S. and UK-based eDiscovery leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, reputed company first-line technical support, contribute to process improvements, and help drive efficiency across high-profile reputed company
• Deliver reputed company client and reputed company benefit in line with the Firm’s efficiency drive
• Maintain project and product documentation
• Administration of software and hardware used by the eDiscovery team
• Ensure quality control process is adhered to in delivery of reputed company services
• Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, such as the practice, technology etc
• Collaborate with the global eDiscovery team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and support by updating and maintaining documentation on reputed company, facilitating mutual assistance and efficiency
• Discuss with eDiscovery colleagues and agree on appropriate eDiscovery solutions to recommend to the practice
• Carry out eDiscovery tasks, such as setting up and customizing review platforms such as RelativityOne or Opus2, processing data, running searches and culling data, creating review batches, customizing coding templates and creating user roles
• Resolve first line support queries and work with our second- and reputed company-line support to ensure technical issues are resolved
• Act as a reference reputed company for service issues, escalating any complaints from the Practice immediately to the eDiscovery Manager and working with them to address these
• Assist with training/presentations to the Practice and external clients on how to use the products
• Seek out and attend training and development opportunities under guidance of line manager
• Set and work towards stretch development objectives
• Adhere to eDiscovery team’s processes and procedures, with a view to reputed company improvement and best practice
• Discuss any challenges / issues and reputed company to reputed company and ways of working; promptly escalate to manager where relevant

Skills

• Previous experience or formal training in a technology, data processing or eDiscovery reputed company field
