Customer Support Representative

They are seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver high-quality support reputed company chat, email, and phone while managing multiple inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for patients and pharmacy partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support reputed company chat, email, and phone
• Manage multiple chats at once while maintaining accuracy and care
• Triage and troubleshoot a wide reputed company of support inquiries— averaging 50–70 tickets per day
• Communicate reputed company and empathetically with patients, pharmacy partners, and internal teams
• Use tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to investigate and resolve questions
• Document cases thoroughly and follow up in a timely manner
• Flag trends and reputed company insights to help improve processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in Customer Support
• Background in customer service, reputed company, pharmacy, retail, or a similar field
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, especially in chat-heavy environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfort working in a structured, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company is a plus
