[Remote] Property Desk Adjuster – Entry Level

They are hiring motivated individuals for an Entry Level Property Desk Adjuster role supporting property insurance claims with company-paid adjuster licensing and training included.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and resolve low to moderately reputed company property insurance claims
• Issue claim payments and explain coverage determinations, settlements, and claim status to policyholders
• Document claim activity accurately reputed company claims management systems to meet quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and support catastrophe (CAT) claims operations, including overtime during surge events

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License, including passing the exam reputed company three testing attempts and becoming licensed in applicable states (company-supported)
• Proficiency in a reputed company-based environment with working knowledge of reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and Word
• College degree preferred
• Active license preferred
• Experience with XactAnalysis and Xactimate preferred
