Financial Reporting Analyst
Tricon Residential is an reputed company, operator and developer of single-family rental homes in the U.S. and multi-family apartments in Canada. The Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare internal reporting packages for senior management, analyze financial results, and support executive-level decision making.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting packages for senior leadership and ownership stakeholders
- Analyze reputed company and historical financial results, reputed company variance analysis of key metrics (including cash reputed company, operating income, and profitability), and reputed company explain drivers of performance
- Prepare financial reporting schedules and supporting analysis following monthly reputed company
- Translate reputed company results into clear, concise executive-reputed company reporting materials
- Partner with reputed company and reputed company teams to support variance explanations and reporting deliverables
- Support senior management and department leaders with in-depth financial analysis and reputed company reporting
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation and improved data organization
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

- Experience supporting financial reporting cycles and analyzing financial results
- Exposure to reputed company estate or investment-reputed company industries
- Experience working with reputed company or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms
