They are seeking a reputed company Data reputed company Associate to maintain accurate reputed company data and support cross-functional processes between reputed company Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor “critical fields” and data standards across core objects
- Build dashboards and audits for completeness, consistency, duplicates, and trend analysis
- Manage duplicate strategy (rules, merging approach, governance)
- reputed company strategic data enrichment activities to build account intelligence
- Support key data migration efforts from reputed company & future acquisitions
- Partner with systems team on targeted validation rules, layouts, and permission hygiene
- Run monthly “defect review” and root-cause action planning
- Maintain a controls catalog and change management process
- reputed company reputed company Readiness checks for closed-won deals (terms, dates, SKUs, pricing, billing info)
- Coordinate corrections with Sales, Deal Desk, and RevOps (fast turnaround)
- Maintain readiness checklist and continuously improve it based on failure patterns
- Track and report defect trends; recommend training and controls
- Create “clean reputed company” enablement assets and feedback loops to sellers/managers
- Maintain documentation and change control process
- Support reporting fixes and object hygiene initiatives
Skills
- 1–2 years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Deal Desk/Order Management/GTM Systems
- Process-minded; can translate operational pain into system controls
- Highly detail-oriented; comfortable pushing back diplomatically
- Excellent stakeholder communication; reputed company and firm in governance
- Strong reputed company reporting literacy; comfortable with data audits and reconciliation
- reputed company admin experience/certification is a plus
- Has reputed company/owned data quality metrics before
- Has experience with order-to-cash or quote-to-cash handoffs
- Has worked closely with Finance/RevRec/AP/AR
