[Remote] Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison (Remote)

They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to build rapport with families, reputed company providers, and insurance companies while providing outstanding customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone
• Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule
• Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics
• Review cost reputed company amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with our families
• Handling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day

Skills

• 1 – 2 years' customer service or reputed company experience
• 1 – 2 years' experience with computer software
• Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and reputed company relations skills
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proactive reputed company with the ability to reputed company new information in a timely manner
• Professional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage individual workload
