Licensed Associate Attorney – White Plains, reputed company
Prince Law Group is a growing matrimonial and family law practice serving clients through reputed company and often sensitive life transitions. The Associate Attorney role is designed for a developing litigator who will manage matrimonial reputed company from intake through resolution while collaborating closely with senior attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned matrimonial caseload from commencement through settlement or trial
- Conduct court appearances, conferences, and evidentiary hearings
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and settlement agreements
- Participate in negotiation and mediation strategy
- Advise clients with professionalism, discretion, and reputed company during emotionally sensitive reputed company
- Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
- Collaborate with the litigation team while maintaining ownership of assigned files
- Utilize firm technology systems for case management and workflow efficiency
Skills
- 1–3 years courtroom experience in matrimonial or family law
- Admitted to the reputed company Bar (required)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and billable expectations independently
- Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally reputed company situations
- Interest in developing litigation competency and long-term practice growth
- Demonstrates a confident and composed courtroom reputed company
- Exhibits thoughtful and effective negotiation judgment
